This website is provided by Emvelo Products on ‘as is’ basis. If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy and returns policy govern Emvelo Product’s relationship with you in relation to this website.

Emvelo Products Ltd offers a cancellation period of 7 working days, beginning the day after you receive the goods, during which you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full reimbursement of all money paid. In order to do this, you must provide notice of cancellation in writing and it must be posted or emailed to our stated business address (see contact us page) within the cancellation period. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

Out of stock orders

Very rarely an item may be out of stock. If this is the case we will telephone or e-mail to let you know the estimated delivery time (you reserve the right to cancel the order at this point). All products displayed on our website are subject to availability, however, if for any reason we can not fulfill your order we will offer an alternative product or a full refund.

Pricing

The prices displayed on the site are quoted in GB pounds and are intended to be valid and effective only in the United Kingdom. For enquiries about supply and pricing outside the UK, please contact us directly. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, we have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will provide a refund.

Payment Arrangements

We are aware of the concern customers may have regarding the use of credit and debit cards over the internet. Therefore to make sure your credit or debit card details remain absolutely confidential and secure we have chosen to use the PayPal facility to look after your transactions. Payment for goods in your shopping basket must be made by Credit card, Debit card or PayPal Account as part of the ‘checkout’ process. You do not need to have a PayPal account. The PayPal facility accepts most major Debit and Credit cards. We would like to confirm that this facility has no connection with the Emvelo Products website and your financial details are never shared with Emvelo Products Ltd.

Delivery Arrangements

We aim to confirm all orders within 2 working days. In most cases orders are dispatched the next working day. Many of Emvelo’s products contain live microorganisms and will have a limited shelf life. Therefore very occasionally we may not have sufficient stock to deliver your products immediately. In this case you will be notified of the expected delivery date.
Postage and Handling charges are additional to the product prices shown and are specified on the Shipping Rates page of this website.
Products are usually sent 1st Class Royal Mail or larger deliveries are sent by next day courier for mainland UK.

Our Contract

The information on this site does not constitute a binding offer to sell products described on the site.
When you place an order to purchase a product from Emveloproducts.com, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched that product to you (the "Dispatch Confirmation E-mail"). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.

Resale

You may not purchase any item from this site for resale by you or any other person, and you may not resell any item purchased from this site.

Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these Conditions of Use & Sale at any time. You will be subject to the policies and Conditions of Conditions of Use & Sale in force at the time that you use the website or that you order goods from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

Events beyond our reasonable control

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

We make every effort to check and test our websites during production. However, we would advise you to run an anti-virus program on anything you download from the internet. We accept no liability for any damage to your computer system or loss of data caused by using this website or arising as a result of having used this website.
